Aside from providing an excellent inspection and inspection report, post-inspection customer service is a big thing that we give to our clients and are very proud of. -Utilities must be on (water, electric, gas).
-Inspector must have gate access (if applicable) or general property access via lockbox, Supra or somebody at the property. We are partnered with the local Board of Realtors and have access to lockbox and Supra. Please verify property access with your Real Estate Agent.
-Make sure Inspector is aware of any pets in the home or on the general property.
-Make sure no unattended minors are at the property at time of inspection. We cannot perform the inspection with unattended minors at the property.
-Have any home improvement receipts/invoices readily available. This may include an invoice for a new roof, impact windows, garage door, electrical work, etc…
-Make sure Inspector has access to the electrical panel, water heater, AC and attic.
