With short inspection periods and other urgent factors in the current Real Estate market, we understand how crucial it is to receive the inspection report in a timely manner. We work very hard to ensure that your Inspection Report is delivered to you within the same day as the inspection. In fact, our reports are typically delivered within 3-4 hours of completing the inspection. If for some reason we fail to provide a same day report, your inspection fee will be 100% refunded no questions asked.

We’re up to date with cutting-edge inspection technology and utilize those tools to your benefit. Some things are not able to be seen with the human eye which is why we use an assortment of tools to get the job done right. These tools are used as a supplement (not a replacement) to the inspection process.

Once you hire us, we consider you a client for life. That means that if you have questions immediately after the inspection, or 6 months later, we’re there to help you out. Communication skills are crucial for being able to explain how a system in a house works, a current safety hazard found or a “major deficiency” found during an inspection. We understand that not everybody speaks “house language” and are able to effectively communicate things in an easy to understand way. Additionally, we’re able to properly communicate to all other parties involved in the transaction which may include Realtors, insurance agents, contractors, client’s family, etc.

We treat all properties with respect and as if they are our own. The floors, walls, furniture, doors and appliances are paid close attention to in order to ensure that everything stays in the same condition as it was upon arrival. We also use shoe covers indoors and will happily clean/sweep up any mess that we make. Pictures and a checklist are used upon leaving to ensure that things like ovens are turned off, doors are locked, gates closed, etc.

All inspections are carefully scheduled to ensure that we arrive on time and are punctual. Typically, we arrive at the property 15-20 minutes early to get a good look at the overall property and start inspecting the exterior. This is very important to us since there are usually multiple parties involved (buyer, seller, realtor, etc.) in an inspection and we don’t want to waste anyone’s valuable time!

We carefully schedule our jobs so that we have enough time on site to perform a thorough inspection of the property. Sacrificing the quality of an inspection is not an option for us.
